- If you have any questions regarding your finance contract, please contact your lender.
- If you are waiting for your plates and/or registration, it will be mailed to the address listed on your contract.
- If you are a vendor and have questions regarding closing bills or need further information, please send an email to jennifer@genesimotors.com and your questions will be answered right away.
- If you have a deferred down payment that has come due, please send a cashier's check or money order payable to Genesi Motors, Inc. to the following address: 311 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Do not send a personal check and do not send cash! This is currently a public mailbox.
- If your question or concern is not listed above, please call our office at 425-282-5477 and leave a detailed message. These messages will be checked regularly and the more detail you can provide, the better we can help.
